Service examples for coaches

See how your
system could work.

Explore the content, handoffs and reporting a coaching business might need. Every example on this page is illustrative: sample copy, proposed workflows and demo data.

These are not published client projects, testimonials or measured results. Your package, tools and requirements determine what is built.

01 / Sample deliverable · Fictional coaching content

One useful idea.
Several ways to share it.

A sample blog idea becomes a carousel, two Pin concepts and a short social post. These are original examples for this page, not content published for a client.

What to bring to your first coaching conversation

You do not need a perfect plan before a coaching conversation. Bring one situation you want to understand better, a little context and a question you would like to explore.

Try writing down three things: what is happening now, what you have already tried and what you would like to be different. These notes give the conversation a starting point without requiring you to solve the problem first.

Before the session, check your coach’s preparation instructions. Different offers may ask for different information.

Three notes to help you prepare

You do not need a perfect plan

Start with one useful question

Sample social post

Preparing for a coaching conversation? Note what is happening, what you have tried and one question you want to explore. Check your coach’s instructions, then bring those notes with you.

This demonstrates content adaptation, not a promise that every format or channel is included. Content quantities and channels follow your social media package. Ongoing creation is separate from the Lead Follow-up Automation package.

02 / Example workflow · Proposed supported-stack design

A clear welcome,
after the right project is ready.

An illustrative journey for one coaching offer. Compatibility must be checked before accepting the build, and the gate must be tested before use.

  1. 01 / Project gate

    Signed AND paid

Both the signed agreement and paid invoice must match the correct project. If either is missing or mismatched, onboarding stays blocked.

  2. 02 / Welcome email

    Explain the next steps

After the gate passes, share the agreed welcome instructions and preparation information.

  3. 03 / Intake

    Gather useful context

Collect the agreed goals and preparation details. Flag incomplete information for a person to review.

  4. 04 / Kickoff

    Prepare for the session

Use the approved scheduling path and internal checklist. The coach reviews the context before the session.

Your next steps

Welcome. Your project’s signed agreement and paid invoice have been verified. Please complete your intake in the client portal, then use the kickoff instructions to choose a session.

If any instruction is unclear, reply with your question so we can help you prepare.

Sample intake and internal checklist

  • Client: What would you like to work toward?
  • Client: What have you already tried?
  • Team: Confirm the intake is complete.
  • Team: Review preparation notes before kickoff.

Static example. No live portal, form or booking link is connected.

This is not a claim that Marketing PMP’s own onboarding automation is live. The package covers one offer and journey, five onboarding emails, kickoff scheduling, a compatible native portal and an internal checklist.

03 / Example workflow · Inquiry to personal follow-up

Make the next step
easy to find.

This shows the inquiry-capture part of the three-workflow package. Discovery-call status and post-call follow-through are the other two workflows.

We received your inquiry

Thank you for sharing what you would like help with. Your inquiry is ready for review. If there is important context you left out, you can reply to this message.

This confirms receipt; it is not a booking or acceptance of a project.

Missing information, duplicates and failed connections need an agreed review path. The package includes up to three follow-up emails per workflow. It is separate from the lead-magnet and five-email nurture system included in Expanded and Omnipresent social media management.

04 / Sample deliverable · Demo data

Useful questions,
with the limits in view.

A fictional reporting window illustrates the layout of one possible dashboard view. These invented counts are not client results, growth figures or a forecast.

Inquiry and client activity

DEMO DATA · NOT CONNECTED
Demo inquiries12

Example count of unique inquiry records.

Demo booked calls5

Example booking records; not proof of attendance.

Demo enrollments2

Example records meeting an agreed enrollment definition.

Questions to ask

  • Which inquiries still need a personal response?
  • Which calls are booked, completed or unresolved?
  • Which enrollment records have a known source?

Before interpreting the view

Define the date window, record types and duplicate rules. These three demo totals are not a linked cohort and cannot establish a conversion rate or show that marketing caused an enrollment.

Missing source information and refresh limits remain visible.

The package includes up to five supported source accounts, three views and up to 15 agreed metrics, with testing and training. The final definitions depend on usable records. Complete attribution is not promised.
