01
Source readiness review
Check the records, access permissions and definitions before choosing which supported source accounts to connect.
Marketing dashboard
Bring available inquiry, booking and marketing information into three useful views, with clear definitions and visible gaps in the data.
A good fit
For a coaching business with usable marketing and client records in several places that needs three consistent views of agreed questions, rather than a growing collection of disconnected reports.
Built around your process
These are the inclusions in the fixed package. We confirm platform compatibility, implementation details and timing before accepting the work.
01
Check the records, access permissions and definitions before choosing which supported source accounts to connect.
02
Connect up to five supported source accounts. Confirm compatibility and each source’s available data and refresh limits before accepting work.
03
Build three views around the questions you agree to review, such as inquiries, bookings and recorded source information.
04
Define up to 15 metrics across the dashboard. Spending or revenue measures depend on usable underlying records; unknown sources remain visible.
05
Compare the connected figures with their sources, check reporting windows and document gaps, duplicate rules and refresh limits.
06
Walk through the three views, explain the agreed metrics and show your team how to use the dashboard and recognize its limits.
The fixed package includes up to five supported source accounts, three views and up to 15 agreed metrics, with testing and training. Additional sources or larger changes need a separate scope.
The preview uses invented values to demonstrate one possible view. It is not a client result, a forecast or evidence of improved performance. The three final views reflect the questions and metrics agreed for your business.
Recorded sources do not provide complete attribution. Untracked visits, missing tags, inconsistent date windows and duplicate records can prevent a full connection between marketing and sales. Unknown sources stay visible. Refresh timing depends on each platform, and spending or revenue measures require usable records.
Illustrative dashboard · invented data
Illustrative data only: one fictional reporting month. These numbers demonstrate a reading pattern, not client results or a promised dashboard configuration.
Unique inquiry records in this example window.
A booking is not proof of attendance or a sale.
Missing source information remains visible.
04 · Recorded labels are not complete attribution. A person may have encountered several channels.
A clear path forward
Review the proposed accounts, access and usable fields. Confirm compatibility before accepting the work.
Agree on up to 15 metrics across the dashboard, their definitions and the questions each view answers.
Connect up to five supported source accounts, reconcile sample totals and document missing records, refresh schedules and limitations.
Train your team to read the three views and recognize what the data cannot establish. Explain the existing support terms.
Attribution depends on the quality and completeness of your source data. We connect what is available and make the limitations clear, rather than presenting incomplete data as certainty. This package does not promise complete attribution or proof that a channel caused a sale.
Refresh rates vary by data source and integration. The supported update schedule is agreed as part of the build.
Support is $100 per incident for changes or troubleshooting. New data sources or larger changes may require a separate scope. Any third-party platform costs are confirmed before the build.
