Website Inquiry Path & Launch Kit

Check the path from the first click to your reply

A visitor can understand your coaching service and still get stuck. A button opens the wrong page, a form asks for too much, or an inquiry arrives where no one checks.

This practical website testing workbook helps you trace one real inquiry path, from the page a visitor lands on to the person who replies. Map the steps, check what actually happens, and keep a useful record of the fixes and retests.

Use it before launching a coaching website, after changing a form or booking link, or when you want to find the broken or unclear steps that could leave an inquiry unanswered.

What is inside

A six-step visitor journey, page inventory and navigation-and-button map.

Prompts to choose contact or booking, plus a practical fallback route.

An annotated inquiry-form example and worksheet to decide what to ask now, remove or collect later.

Confirmation guidance and a response-ownership worksheet for the primary owner, backup, reply window and manual checks.

A fictional broken-path audit showing four problems, repair decisions and retests.

Eight realistic test cases, with safe-test preparation and basic phone, keyboard, larger-text, link and booking checks.

Reusable test records, a corrections log, a launch-or-hold checklist, a worked release record and post-publish checks.

What you will work through

Choose one coaching offer and one visitor situation. Follow the actual pages and buttons, check the form or booking route, verify the confirmation and stored inquiry, and identify who owns the reply.

Record what passed, what failed and what could not be tested. Give corrections an owner, repeat the original failing steps and use the evidence to make a launch decision for the path you checked.

Who it is for

Coaches who have a live or ready-to-test website and want a practical way to check how inquiries move through it. You will need the current page links, access to the form or booking tool, the submission record and reply inbox, plus someone who can make fixes.

Work with the site owner and affected recipients before any live test that sends messages, creates records or reserves time.

Format and use

One 24-page fillable PDF with 47 fields: 37 text fields and 10 checkboxes. A clickable contents page, 23 bookmarks and internal navigation help you move between the guidance and worksheets.

Keep the blank original and save a working copy. Use a PDF reader that supports fillable AcroForm fields, then test typing, saving, closing and reopening before you begin. Some browser and phone previews do not retain entries. The fixed-layout pages may need zoom on a phone.

Save a fresh copy for extra test runs or issues. This is a digital workbook; no physical item is included.

Scope

This kit guides a focused inquiry-path check. It does not build or configure your website, form, inbox or automation, write a full service page, or create client proof.

The phone, keyboard and larger-text checks are preliminary. The kit does not provide a full accessibility, security, privacy or legal-compliance audit, and passing its checks does not certify a site. It does not promise inquiries, bookings or sales.

Product questions

Is this a website template or a done-for-you audit?

It is a fillable workbook with guidance, examples and test records. You or the person responsible for your website carries out the checks and any changes. It does not install pages, forms or automations.

Can I use it with a contact form or a booking route?

Yes. The kit helps you choose the appropriate first action and check the actual destination, confirmation, ownership and fallback. Booking-specific checks can be marked not applicable when your path does not use booking.

What kinds of problems do the tests cover?

The eight cases cover direct entry, a successful inquiry, missing or mistyped required input, optional fields, form or network failure, repeated submissions, unavailable alerts or owners, and booking that cannot be completed. Unsafe or unavailable tests should be recorded as not tested rather than passed.

What do I need before starting?

Your current page URLs, form or booking tool, submission records, monitored reply inbox and a person who can make fixes. Arrange permission, controlled test details and cleanup before a live test sends messages or creates a commitment.

Can I fill it in on my phone?

Use a PDF reader that supports fillable fields and confirm that entries survive saving, closing and reopening. Some browser and phone previews do not save entries, and the fixed-layout pages may require zoom.

Does completing it certify my site or guarantee more inquiries?

No. It helps you record checks for a specific inquiry path and the devices you tested. It is not a full site audit or certification, and it does not guarantee inquiries, bookings or sales.
