How to use it
Start with one content item you already intend to make. Capture the voice, source facts and roles, then write a usable brief.
Review the exact copy and assets, resolve comments and record approval against named versions, the real account and the intended time. Keep private source details in your secure system and use references in the worksheets.
Compare the approved packet with the saved preview, then verify the actual live result when you publish through your own tools. Reuse the records after the first trial.

Files and software
Use a PDF reader that supports AcroForm fields. Save a working copy, type a short test, save, close and reopen before completing the worksheets. Some browser and phone previews do not preserve entries. The fixed Letter-size pages may need zoom on a phone. Keep long drafts in your own text editor, or print the pages you need.
Use your own documents, design software and publishing tools for the finished content. Actual platform controls vary; this kit does not assume a particular scheduler feature.
Common questions
Can I use it alone? Yes. Draft first, review later and record the release decision before switching to publishing. The same checks support a team of one.
Does this include a content calendar or campaign captions? It focuses on voice, briefing, review and approval. The separate Planning and Invitation Campaign kits cover those other jobs.
Does purchase include a content manager or scheduling setup? No. This is a reusable DIY PDF. You supply your own people, tools and authorized account access.
Scope and delivery
