How to use it
Set one planning month, describe your offer and reserve time for replies and review. Gather material you can use, choose relevant topics and place only the feasible work in the calendar.
Prepare a small batch, check the actual platform preview before publishing, then record what people asked and how much time the work took. Save a dated copy before starting the next month.
The 40 slots are file capacity, not a recommended posting frequency. Stay within the supplied rows so the summaries remain complete.
Who it is for
For coaches planning their own ongoing social content and deciding what to make with limited time. It works best when you already know the offer you want your content to support.
Files and software
Requires a desktop spreadsheet app with automatic calculation. The wide tables need a larger screen. Recalculation was checked in LibreOffice; native Excel and Google Sheets were not tested. Dates are date-only planning entries in Pacific time (America/Los_Angeles). Check your actual publishing platform’s timezone separately. There are no macros or external connections.
The customer download is the XLSX workbook only, with instructions inside. It is designed for screen use; standard-paper pagination is not preset. For print, select the range you need and keep a readable scale.
Common questions
Does it write or publish my posts? You choose the topics and write your own content. The workbook organizes the plan and checks inputs; it does not connect accounts, schedule posts or publish them.
Can I reuse it? Yes. Keep a clean master and save a new working copy for each month. The supplied formulas cover 20 source rows, 20 topic rows and 40 calendar slots.
How does it differ from the other content kits? This kit organizes an ongoing month. The Invitation Campaign Kit develops copy for one existing offer. The Voice and Approval Handoff Kit guides drafting, review and release decisions.
Scope and delivery
One digital XLSX file delivered electronically after successful payment. No physical item is shipped. This is a self-guided planning tool; software, technical setup and managed content services are separate.
All worked examples are fictional. Use your actual offer, permissions and evidence. The kit makes no promise of reach, engagement, inquiries, bookings or sales.
License and returns
